On time → delayed
A good month can still have a bad Tuesday.

A cash-timing planner that finds the smallest starting balance covering every listed bill, even when a deposit arrives late.

To keep your chosen reserve untouched
See cash gaps before bills arrive. Plan a starting cushion instead of trusting the month-end total. Only listed payments count; check bank dates. Bills precede same-day deposits.
One transaction per line: 2026-11-02 | out | 1450.00 | Rent. Up to 80 transactions. Empty the field to start with no transactions.
Every row shows the balance immediately after that transaction. Below-reserve rows carry a written warning.
| Date | Transaction | Change | Balance |
|---|
Add every incoming and outgoing amount in date order, beginning at zero. Find the lowest running total, including zero. Subtract it from the reserve: that is the smallest nonnegative starting balance that keeps every step at or above the reserve.
The calculation uses integer cents, not rounded dollar arithmetic. A separate check searches possible starting balances by repeatedly replaying the transactions. It must find the same minimum, and one cent less must fail whenever that minimum is positive.
Run the independent replay check on your current schedule.
